The Art of Accepting Help
Truly impactful leaders are able to leverage one crucial thing to motivate their teams: vulnerability.
This virtual workshop packs a punch on a topic all too often missing from the workplace: asking for (and accepting) help. This 1-hr professional development training prepares emerging leaders with a toolbox of do's and don'ts when it comes to getting help to maximize their capacity. Participants learn how to: - Ask for, and accept better help at work - Raise performance outcomes without burnout - Increase equity for BIPOC, Queer and Women staff |
